Maine Oyster Bar Experience - $24/person 

A generous supply of three premium Maine oyster varieties, professional shucking service, full display setup, house-made sauces: cocktail sauce, mignonette, spicy mignonette, hot sauce, horseradish, lemon wedges. This is an interactive experience as our skilled and knowledgeable team actively shucks the oysters and answers all of your oyster and seafood questions.

ORIGINAL TINS - $2,500 PER TIN

Siberian Supreme Caviar (1.5-1.7kg) A crowd pleaser—mild and sweet Siberian Sturgeon caviar from Poland

Giaveri Siberian Caviar (1.5-1.7kg) Italian caviar produced in the oldest sturgeon farm in the world in the Treviso region where prosecco is produced. Minimally salted during production, this caviar is very delicate and sweet.

Kaluga Malossol Caviar (1.5-1.7kg) Produced on the famous Kaluga farm, this Chinese Kaluga Hybrid Sturgeon is full-bodied and complex in flavor, a great contrast to the comparably mild Siberian Sturgeon caviars.

Royal Belgian Platinum Caviar (1kg) An Osetra/Siberian hybrid caviar, engineered to have the large firm pearls of an Osetra with the sweet and smooth flavor of a Siberian. One of our all-time favorites. If not for the higher price per gram, this would be our pick every time.


Booking Information

  • All packages must meet our $2,000 event minimum.

  • Professional staff, full display setup, and compostable service ware included

  • Nothing is required on your end - we bring everything needed for an exceptional raw bar

  • Travel fees and state meals tax will be applied depending on location

  • We will travel anywhere if the event makes sense

  • To book, we sign a basic catering contract via DocuSign

  • 25% deposit required via QuickBooks
